My journey into psychotherapy grew out of a deep curiosity about people, what shapes us, and what gives life meaning. It has also been influenced by my own lived experience of navigating depression and anxiety, an eating disorder, and ADHD, which has given me a personal understanding of the complexity of being human and the healing that is possible.
I have a background as a Speech-Language Pathologist, where I worked with children experiencing communication challenges, including autistic children and children with ADHD. This experience deepened my understanding of the importance of connection, self-advocacy, and feeling understood.
Wanting to better understand the emotional and relational aspects of healing, I pursued training in clinical counselling, followed by further study in approaches that continue to inform my work today. Through this process, I developed a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit and our innate capacity to heal and grow.
Today, my work is grounded in the understanding that transformation happens when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves.

I take a collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where every part of you is welcome and where your experiences, thoughts, and feelings can be explored without judgment.
Drawing from Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, somatic experiencing, neuro-affirming practices, and psychedelic preparation and integration, I aim to support a therapeutic process that reflects your unique needs and goals. These approaches inform the way I work as we explore patterns that have shaped your life and build greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection.

The quality of our relationships shapes how we experience ourselves and the world around us. When we’ve experienced hurt, loss, or trauma, it’s natural to develop protective patterns that once helped us survive but may no longer be helpful.
I believe healing happens through authentic connection and relational safety. Within a safe therapeutic relationship, we can begin to understand these patterns with kindness rather than criticism, allowing space for greater self-trust, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
-
I trust that we all have the capacity to heal and return to our natural state of wholeness.
My role isn’t to tell you who to be or what your journey should look like. It’s to support you with curiosity, compassion, and respect as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and discover what feels most authentic for you.
If you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to do it in isolation. Together, we can create space for meaningful growth and change.
Finding the right therapist matters.
Healing begins in a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted for who you are. If my approach resonates with you, I'd be honoured to support you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and capacity for healing.
