Nicole is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Psychedelic Preparation and Integration specialistpredominantly trained in Internal Family Systems therapy. She has also completed level 1 training in EMDR (Aug 2025). Her work with psychedelic therapy began with personal work in 2014 and led to her completion of two facilitation intensives in 2018. Her therapy orientation is client-centered and informed by multiple modalities such as somatic, parts work, and trauma processing. Her approach to therapy is to see people as the expert of their own experience, with her role as a compassionate and encouraging facilitator to help individuals better understand themselves. As well, she strongly values biological interventions such as sleep hygiene and metabolic health as foundational to one’s mental wellbeing. Outside of work, Nicole loves reading, learning about health, walking her dog, and singing in a choir.
