Life can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our bodies, and the people around us. Whether you're navigating trauma, grief, addiction, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with your inner strengths. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, supported, and understood. Together, we'll work toward creating meaningful change that reflects who you are and where you want to go.

REGISTERED CLINICAL COUNSELOR
I work with adults navigating:
Grief, loss, and bereavement
Equine-assisted therapy and nature-based healing

I recently graduated with a Master of Counselling awaiting RCC designation while continuing to expand my training in Gottman’s Couples Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Indigenous perspectives, collaborative, psychedelic-informed, and nature-based therapies. My goal is to bridge evidence-based counselling with approaches that honour the whole person and the many ways healing can unfold.
-
I believe every person already carries the capacity for healing. My role isn't to tell you who you should become, but to create the conditions where your own wisdom can emerge.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, emotionally focused, and trauma-informed. I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, attachment theory, and holistic perspectives to help you better understand your experiences while developing practical tools for daily life.
Whether we're working through longstanding trauma or a current life challenge, we'll move at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and grounded in your goals.
-
I believe healing isn't limited to conversation alone. While insight is an important part of the process, meaningful change often happens through experience, connection, and reconnecting with ourselves in new ways.
My work is informed by a holistic perspective that recognizes the relationship between mind, body, emotions, nature, and community. Alongside traditional counselling, my background includes equine-assisted therapy, mindfulness, and nature-based approaches that can deepen self-awareness and support healing in ways that words sometimes cannot.
Whether we're meeting in the therapy room or exploring experiences that foster greater connection with yourself and the world around you, my hope is to help you rediscover the resilience, wisdom, and strengths you already carry within.

Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to carry it alone. Whether you're seeking support for trauma, grief, addiction, relationship challenges, or simply trying to better understand yourself, therapy offers a place to pause, reflect, and begin moving forward.
I'd be honoured to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths and create a life that feels more grounded, connected, and meaningful.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
Seeking support is an act of courage. Whatever has brought you here, we'll work together to better understand your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and help you move toward a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
