Life can bring pain, grief, and uncertainty, and in these moments, having a compassionate and trusted space to process emotions and reconnect with oneself can be transformative. Currently completing her Master of Counselling at City University in Canada, Jessica brings over eight years of experience in mental health and addictions. She takes a holistic, non-pathologizing approach, meeting clients with acceptance and understanding. With a deep commitment to integrative healing, she hopes to bridge equine therapy, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and Indigenous perspectives with Western counselling practices. Jessica is dedicated to helping clients uncover their authentic truth, offering compassionate guidance and empowering them to reconnect with their innate strengths and abilities.
